All orders are subject to the following terms & conditions. By placing an order with Blackfall Graphics you are automatically accepting these terms and conditions.

Images sent to Blackfall Graphics

Before sending an image to Blackfall Graphics you MUST ensure that you own the copyright, or have obtained the written permission of the copyright owner to have the image reproduced in accordance with copyright laws.

By sending us an image, you are guaranteeing that you have obtained these copyright permissions.

You will be liable for all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by Blackfall Graphics should reproduction of the image you supply breach any other person's copyright, privacy or rights in any way.

Blackfall Graphics will refuse to reproduce an image if it is felt that you do not have the appropropriate copyright rights and/or permissions referred to above, or if it is in any other way inappropriate. In these cases the image will be returned to the sender.

Blackfall Graphics reserves the right to charge additional fees for work on graphics supplied if they don't meet our artwork guidelines and require adjustment before going to print.

Blackfall Graphics reserves the right to use images of the work we do for you on our website and in promotional material. We will always ask your permission before it is used and your image will never be resold or used commercially.

Designs produced by Blackfall Graphics

Designs produced by Blackfall Graphics will remain the property of Blackfall Graphics unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Orders placed with Blackfall Graphics

Blackfall Graphics will ensure that it can fulfil your requirements prior to beginning work on your order.

Orders for custom items cannot be cancelled once work has begun.

If Blackfall Graphics is unable to supply an item within our usual delivery times then we will notify you via e-mail with a new delivery date.

In extraordinary circumstances Blackfall Graphics may not be able to meet the requirements of your order. If this is the case then you will be informed via e-mail before work has begun on your item. Where you have paid in advance, a full refund will be given.

If you wish to make ammendments to your item once it is being or has been printed then you will be charged in full for all items produced.

Proofs

Electronic proofs of artwork will be provided by Blackfall Graphics as standard. Due to differences in monitor settings we cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of these images as a representation of the printed item.

Printed proofs can be provided on request.

Blackfall Graphics can accept no liability for errors or omissions left uncorrected by you or your representatives after the inspection of proofs.

Proofs must be approved before going to print.

Inspection, Dispatch and Delivery

All orders are inspected prior dispatch and will only be sent to you if they meet our standards. Our goods will leave us in excellent condition.

It is your responsibility to check your goods on delivery. If there is any damage, please note it on the driver's delivery note and notify us by e-mail within 24 hours of the goods being delivered. Failure to do this will waive your right to claim for any repairs or replacements.

Blackfall Graphics will aim to meet your deadlines and/or our delivery date estimates. We will inform you if we cannot meet a deadline but we will not be held liable for any losses, costs or damages suffered by you or a third party as a result of a failure to meet a deadline or a delivery date. Failure to meet a delivery date does not constitute a breach of contract on our part.

Returns

As Blackfall Graphics provides only custom graphics, made specifically for you, we don't operate on a sale or return basis. We will of course provide replacements for goods damaged in transit when the conditions stated above are met.

Descriptions

Blackfall Graphics takes all reasonable steps to ensure that the descriptions and images included on our website are as accurate as possible. However, Blackfall Graphics can accept no liability for any errors or omissions and no liablity for any issues arising from these errors or omissions.

Please be aware that due to differences in monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that colours and images are an absolutely accurate portrayal of the product. Colours may vary.

Performance and application

Blackfall Graphics provides comprehensive application instructions with all of it's stickers but cannot be held responsible for any action in the application of the stickers which makes them unusable.

You must ensure that your order will be suitable for it's intended purpose before making your purchase. Blackfall Graphics will not be held responsible for any problems arising from your failure to do so. Samples are available on request.

Misuse

Blackfall Graphics will not be held responsible for any injury, loss or damages resulting from misuse of its products.

Force Majeure

Blackfall Graphics will not be liable for breach of contract arising from or caused by, directly or indirectly, force majeure, war, strikes, riots, civil commotions and natural disasters..
